The energy you put out into the world, is what you will get from the world. If you let a bad moment of your day, affect the rest of your day, it can rub off on the people around you. One bad moment could snowball into a bad day, and cause other people to have bad days as well.

I believe that positively is key to living a happy lifestyle and that you can chose whether or not to have a good day. My name is Emelia Weir, recently 21, junior at Stevenson University. Spreading my knowledge of happiness and kindness to the world.

Be blindly optimistic and kind, you never know what someone is going through. A small smile, a little compliment, could make such a huge impact in someones life. Be the energy you want to attract, be the person you would want to meet, BE the person who lights up the room. Be someones ray of hope.
